MEET THE MANAGER
Anisa Crocker is Secret Harbour Swimming School's recently
appointed Operations Manager .
Anisa is a local so you will no doubt see her out and about in Secret Harbour.
Anisa loves to swim and really loves to teach swimming. If you haven't
already met her, please introduce yourself and your children.
By the way, some of you may remember our grand opening on 3rd Sep 2007,
well it been ONE year already, where has the year gone!

SWIMVAC
We are currently taking bookings for the Term 3 school holidays.
Swimvac will operate over the two school holiday weeks, listed below.
Please contact your Customer Service Officer for any further information
or bookings. It is a great chance to use those make up cards.
Week 1 – 30th September to 3rd October (4 days) $46.00
Week 2 – 6th October to 10th October (5 days) $57.50
QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY
Please note that all State Swim Swimming Schools are
closed on Monday 29th September for the
Queen's Birthday Public Holiday.

WINTER REWARDS
Our Winter Rewards program has been well received, not only by the winners
of the seven Wii Consoles but by lots of the parents too. We have received
positive feedback from many parents recognising a vast improvement in
their children's swimming ability. This is due largely due to the continuity
of swimming on a weekly basis and rewarding and encouraging
improvement regularly. We would like to thank the scores of happy
kids, who were rewarded with drinks, icecreams and goggles for their
continued effort over Winter and the parents who kept up the routine.
Well done. Goes to show that we need not hibernate over the cooler months,
just get in to it and we all know it is never cold at State Swim pools.
Our lucky Winter Rewards Wii winner is Joshua Wyatt, congratulations!
SWIMMER OF THE MONTH
Dayne Stone is our Swimmer Of The Month. Dayne has been swimming with us
since the centre opened last year, starting in the 400 program in 200 silver and
working his way through. Dayne puts 110% into everyone one of his training
sessions and is improving every month, great work Dayne.
HEALTH AND SPORT NEWS
There has been some great swimming from all of our squad members,
everyone has been getting at least 1 PB per month, which is a result of
some solid training. All members have been training very hard and their
results are showing in their times, great work everyone, keep it up.
If you have any queries about squad training please ask to speak to
one of our coaches, we would love you to join in.
