July Holiday Clinics
Two clinics will be held at Mosman Park Tennis Club in the July school holidays from 9-11am daily for players of all levels age 3-16yrs . Clinic 1 - July 6-10 Clinic 2 - July 13-17 Wimbledon Clinic
The Wimbledon Tennis Championships High Performance Clinic for competitive players age 10-16 years will be held in the second week of the July holidays from 4-6pm daily at the Peppermint Grove Tennis Club, July 13-17. Learn and play the latest grass court strategies and tactics from the Wimbledon Grand Slam event. Mosman Park Tennis Club
The Mosman Park Tennis Club, situated on McCabe Street overlooking the Swan River, is Perth's premier winter training facilitiy. It has 10 all weather state-of-the-art rebound pro hard courts - 6 lit. A large indoor area for wet weather classes, excellent indoor and viewing area, court hire and plenty of parking. The popular Friday afternoon Teenage Twilight tennis program continues for term 3 at Mosman Park starting Friday July 31. Coaching is from 4-5pm and organised play 5-6pm. Summer Pennants
Junior players can now register for summer pennant teams to represent Mosman Park and Peppermint Grove Tennis Clubs. Registration forms with information and playing dates are available from the website. Any junior player age 10-16 years keen to play games against other players in teams from Perth metropolitan tennis clubs can enter. The Tennis Star Program has generated a link to overseas professional bodies. This has enabled us to recruit some of the best coaches from all over the world. This season coaches from Canada, United Kingdom, USA, Scotland and Greece will be joining our current Tennis Star Team of qualified coaches and assistants. Coaches of this quality will ensure players are kept up-to-date with the latest training methods and developments in the sport. |
