MORE SUCCESS AT ROYAL SHOW

The Margaret River Chocolate Company has again dominated the Perth Royal Show’s chocolate competition, winning gold medals for all of its nine entries.

The company also won two First Prizes and the prestigious overall Champion Chocolate award for the second year running.

Its fresh blueberry truffle, which features a delicious fresh blueberry centre, won First and Gold in its category and was also voted the overall Champion Chocolate. Five other truffles also won Gold medals – strawberry cream, ginger, caramel, cafe royale and hazelnut praline.

The company’s plain gourmet chocolate bar won Gold and First prize in its category, while the Sitting Bunny won Gold in the novelty chocolate category.

The Margaret River Chocolate Company will be selling a limited range of its products and offering free tastings for one day only at this year’s Perth Royal Show.

As the most successful chocolate exhibitor and award winner at the show the company has been given its own shop in the dairy pavilion on Saturday October 3 from 9am-7pm.

Visit us at the show for free tastings and a great range of products.

RECOGNITION AS TOURISM ICON

The Margaret River Chocolate Company has been recognised as an icon of Western Australian tourism in the new WA Icons Monopoly game that will be launched on October 1.

Iconic West Australian locations have been immortalized on the limited edition version of world’s favourite board game, with sale proceeds going to Telethon.

Available exclusively at all IGA stores the WA Icons Monopoly makes a great Christmas present.
 

COMPETITION WINNERS

The Margaret River Chocolate Company recently gave away two huge chocolate hampers to celebrate its 10th birthday.

The lucky winner from the Swan Valley factory was Mrs Carole Moneypenny of Canning Vale.
