CHRISTMAS CLOSING DATES, DECEMBER 2008 - JANUARY 2009
Dear State Swim Members,
Christmas and New Year is fast approaching once again and due to
the number of social engagements that often occur we would like to
inform you of what will be happening to your swimming program
throughout this period so that you are able to organise your busy schedules.
Throughout the School Holiday period we will be running our normal
Learn to Swim program, Frequent Swimmer Program as well as our
popular ‘Swimvac Program’ to help your children further develop their
swimming skills. Please see details below this notice.
The Swimming School will be open as normal throughout the school
holidays except for the following days due to Christmas/New Year and other Public Holidays:
Wednesday 24th December Christmas Eve Close at 12.00noon
Thursday 25th December Christmas Day Closed
Friday 26th December Boxing Day Closed
Saturday 27th December Open as Normal
Sunday 28th December Open as Normal
Monday 29th December Open as Normal
Tuesday 30th December Open as Normal
Wednesday 31st December New Years Eve Close at 12.00noon
Thursday 1st January New Years Day Closed
Friday 2nd January ALL STATE SWIM SCHOOLS REOPEN
We have the SWIMVAC PROGRAM on for four weeks after the
Christmas/New Year break to do extra lessons to maintain
their swimming skills.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom
throughout the year and we wish you and your family a Happy and
Safe Christmas and New Year. We look forward to providing your
family’s aquatic education needs in 2009.

Swimvac & Frequent Swimmer Programs
December and January School Holidays
This is a great opportunity to use your ‘Make Up’ Vouchers!
School Holidays are upon us again, which means our Swimvac
program will be available for family's wishing to take advantage
of extra lessons during the holiday period. There are plenty of
choices available, with Make-up Cards being accepted as credits.
Make-up Cards can be used in ‘Swimvac’ or to book
additional lessons within this period. *Conditions apply.
SWIMVAC
If you’d like lessons at the same time every day during the school
holidays, then this option may suit you.
WEEK 1: Monday 5th January – Friday 9th January (5 Days)
WEEK 2: Monday 12th January – 16th January (5 Days)
WEEK 3: Monday 19th January – 23rd January (5 Days)
WEEK 4: Tuesday 27th January – Friday 30th January (4 Days)
Class Times: 9.00am, 9.30am, 10.00am & 10.30am
4 Day Program - $46.00 ($11.50 per lesson)
5 Day Program - $57.50 ($11.50 per lesson)
* If you have any Make-Up Cards and are currently financial for
January, you can use them as credits for the SWIMVAC Program.

*Payment required within 48 hours of making booking
FREQUENT SWIMMER
If you’d prefer to have lessons at more flexible times then this option
will suit you. Throughout every school holiday period your swimmers
can have a second lesson per week at 50% off the normal price!
You simply pay your normal fee and then you can book as many extra
lessons as you like and you will pay only $8.30 for each
additional class!
*You must have a regular booking and have paid your regular fee to
qualify for these discounted lessons. You then attend your regular
booking and book extra lessons at your convenience. You can do as
many extra lessons as you wish.
*Lessons available 7 days a week for this option, except Australia Day
Public Holiday Monday 26th January, to which we are closed.
*This special offer is available from Friday 19th December to
Friday 30th January 2009.
If you’d like to save your Make-up Cards for a later date or don’t have
any left, you can purchase extra lessons during the school holidays
at 50% off the normal cost, that’s only $8.30 per extra lesson!
