Welcome to the New YearWelcome to 2009! I hope each and every one of you have had a relaxing break and are ready for a terrific year in personal and business growth, I know I am! I spent the time over Christmas & the New Year with family, lots of walking, riding our bikes and swimming with a touch of shopping. As I mentioned just before I love to go walking, this is where I do all my thinking and planning. While on a walk, my thoughts were on the January newsletter and I felt that we should start the new year with the importance of goal setting. What are your goals for this year? What would you like to achieve? What would you like to be different; do you have a time frame to achieve your goals? Business Fusion also run a one-day workshop called Personal Mastery. I have personally done this workshop and can highly recommend it to you. Woman of the monthSharon Brown was first introduced to Feng Shui in the mid 1990’s, and after winning a trip to Singapore through a radio show, she then made the decision to take on Feng Shui as a career. Detox for the new yearFeeling sluggish or out of sync? Having skin problems, aches and pains, or digestive problems? Straying from your healthier habits lately? It might be time for a detox.
